Instruction
Have you always wanted to learn to play pipes? Do you currently play and want to take your playing to the next level? I teach students both in person and on the internet via Zoom, emphasizing technique and musicality to improve your performances in light music and piobaireachd competitions.
I also teach bands, focusing on such vital band skills as instrument setup and maintenance, tuning, selecting and learning music, and unison playing. Let me use my experience as a pipe major to improve your band.
I can also develop informational sessions for schools or community groups to give an introduction to the instrument and its music. The presentation, of course, involves a kilt and lots of piping!
